29″ Stainless Refrigerated Prep Table

This 29 inch refrigerated sandwich and salad prep table combines durability and accessibility to allow for fast and simple preparation of salads, sandwiches, and more. It features a stainless steel exterior and coated aluminum interior to ensure years of long life and maximum durability. Forced-air refrigeration and a self-contained cooling system provide efficient operation.

This refrigerated prep table features eight 1/6 size pans to keep sliced vegetables, meats, cheeses, and other sandwich and salad ingredients organized and within quick reach for efficient service. An insulated hood helps maintain temperature and keeps the sixth size pans filled with food fresh while a built-in cutting board provides a stable surface to cut and prep sandwiches or salads.

The cabinet of this refrigerated prep table has a single swing door with a recessed handle for easy opening. An adjustable, heavy duty wire shelf allows the operator to create a shelving configuration that best suits his or her needs. This unit also includes four casters (two locking and two non-locking).

This refrigerated sandwich/salad prep table utilizes CFC free polyurethane foam insulation and environmentally-friendly CFC free refrigerant (R134A).
